We take all reasonable precautions to safeguard your personal information from misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. When your information is no longer required we securely destroy it from our systems.

Booking Terms and Conditions

When you make a booking with us the following terms and conditions will apply:


You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking of any accommodation.

Changes to bookings

If you want to change any details of your booking, you must contact our reservations by phone or email. We will do our best to assist you but cannot guarantee that changes can be made. For booking cancellations please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

Arrivals and Departures

Check in is from 2:00pm and check out is by 10am. Please contact reception prior to arrival to arrange check in.

Requirements upon check in

If you have not already paid, payment in full is required for the accommodation unless otherwise arranged with management. A credit card (MasterCard or VISA) payment is required or direct deposit or cash. Please note American Express is not accepted.

Additional cleaning

Additional cleaning charges will apply in the event of an Apartment being left in an unacceptable condition in the absolute discretion of management.


Sea Pearl is a non-smoking building and we ask that you refrain from smoking in your apartment including balconies. Evidence of smoking in rooms will incur an additional cleaning fee payable by the guest.


A midweek service is provided for bookings of 7 nights or more. Daily cleans are also available.


Requests for specific floor levels and Apartment numbers will be on request basis and cannot be guaranteed.

Third party services

Sea Pearl uses outside suppliers and service providers and accepts no responsibility for changes to fees and surcharges that may apply.


In the event of a booking system error, malfunction or availability error, Sea Pearl Resort reserves the right to cancel any such reservation.


Images and content on the website may not be copied, saved or used unless written permission is granted.

Force majeure

We will not be in breach of the agreement or any way liable to any party, if it is prevented from complying with this agreement by reason of act of God, act of public enemy, act of terrorism, war, earthquake, riot, explosion, compliance with any law or government restraint order, rule, regulations, strikes, lockouts or any other cause not reasonably within the control of Sea Pearl Resort. We will not be liable for any loss of any kind whatsoever.
